Designed a 4 floor, 2000 sqm office space for AA&R investment group in Victoria island. The design was to incorporate several businesses within the group while showcasing their individuality through the design. Large walls housed significant branding statements and visuals throughout the office.
Architectural elements were designed to create visual patterns through the use of negative and positive spaces, multiple use of materials, cut-outs in architectural masses and ceiling elements. Flexible, fully mobile workstations in an open configuration with power, data raceway connected underneath the tables.
